The Tamchy Special Financial Investment Territory (SFIT) is a large-scale hub spanning nearly 6,000 hectares on Lake Issyk-Kul, operating under its own independent legal framework. The project includes a financial center, a logistics cluster near an international airport, an IT ecosystem, and a 100-hectare resort area within a single territory. The special financial investment territory was established by Law No. 136 dated July 10, 2025.
The project is progressing rapidly: the financial hub is fully capitalized, and the managing company has been established and is operational.
This infrastructure will serve as the foundation for a neutral jurisdiction that will enable international businesses to operate seamlessly and without geopolitical constraints. The territory is designed to meet the high standards of international capital, ensuring convenient asset placement and secure asset management.
The hub is open to the global market and is ready for strategic partnerships with businesses from across the globe.
