Fund Management

Operate a spot exchange, peer-to-peer marketplace or over-the-counter venue under a licence structured around your business model. Where required, a single licence may cover multiple activities.

Fund Management

The Tamchy SFIT fund regime is designed for investment funds established under a familiar English common law framework. It supports a range of fund structures, subject to the categories and regulatory requirements established by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Fund management activities may only be carried out by appropriately licensed entities. Applicable licensing categories, eligibility requirements and regulatory obligations are subject to confirmation by the FSA.

The framework enables fund sponsors and managers to establish and operate investment vehicles within a recognised legal environment while providing access to the opportunities of a rapidly developing regional market.
